Problem
In a multi-server environment where the Cognos Configuration setting Inactivity timeout in seconds value has been lowered below the default 3600 seconds, long running reports that are executed by application tier servers, separate from the Content Manager server and exceeds the configured session timeout value on the content manager will fail with errors. This will affect both reports and datasets as datasets are also processed by the RSVP component.
