Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer called a procedure returning a CLOB (XML format) in Oracle. If the file contains Greek characters they are shown as ????. The same select works fine In PL/SQL.
Symptom
Instead of Greek characters the returned file contains question marks.
Setting jdbcService.doNotSetDocEncodingForBlobOrClob to true did not change the result.
