  SCENARIO:
  1) Start CATIA V5R16SP03 with an AL3
  Configuration
  2) Open Gen_Draw.CATDrawing file
  3) Save as on 3Dxml format into same folder as
  CATDrawing
  4) Open Int_Draw.CATDrawing file
  5) Save as on 3Dxml format into same folder as
  CATDrawing
  .
  OBSERVATION:
  3dxml files are not created correctly.
  When we open the created 3dxml files, they are
  empty.
