Problem
It is not possible to generate thumbnails for crawled Adobe PDF files with IBM Watson Content Analytics (WCA) Plugin for IBM Content Navigator (ICN) using IBM Content Manager (CM) repositories.
Symptom
When viewing crawled PDF files in ICN only the placeholder icon appears rather than the first page of the PDF.
