HD50239: PDG \ TOOLBARS \ MISSING TOOLBARS IN CUSTOMIZE MENU

Error description

• PDG \ TOOLBARS \ MISSING TOOLBARS IN
  CUSTOMIZE MENU
  .
  SCENARIO: (refer attached jpg images)
  1.) Start CATIA on Sun machine.
  = Go to partDesign/ProductDesign/Shape- GSD
  workbench.
  2.) Select CATIA- View- Toolbars- Click on the
  dotted lines of Pop up menu.
  3.) Pop up menu is available as floating window.
  4.) Check the number of toolbars available for
  selection in the Pop up menu.
  5.) Go to CATIA- Tools- Customize...
  6.) Select "Toolbars" tab page from the pop up
  dialog box.
  7.) Use the scroll bar to go to the bottom of the list.
  8.) Compare the toolbars available from pop up
  menu and the toolbars available for customization.
  .
  OBSERVATION:
  All toolbars are not visible and not available.
  .
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  All toolbars should be visible and available.

• THE PROBLEM WAS SUBMITTED ON :
  CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 14.
  THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON :
  CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 17 GA level
  .
  The problem was reproduced on reported level.
  But on R17 GA level, all toolbars are visible and
  available.
