  SCENARIO R16 SP3:
  - File/Open the provided Test_R14.CATPart
  document,
  - Open Parameters set,
  - Set parameter String.1 to measure:
  ==> VB result (KO) is 2315,983mm.
  - Measure Between in interactive mode:
  ==> result (OK) is 1753.664mm.
  (on R14 SP2 both methods return the same value)
