Problem

When you import a solution by using IBM Case Manager administration client, the import fails with the following error: The solution was not imported because of the following error: CONVERT_DATA failed..... Mapping error encountered while processing the following object .... Unable to find replacement value. type='Principal', source item='SID', .... FNRAM9004

Symptom

An error is returned by IBM Case Manager (ICM) administration client following the import.


The solution was not imported because of the following error:
CONVERT_DATA failed. 1 items processed: 0 succeeded, 1 failed. Mapping error encountered while processing the following object - Class:CmAcmSolutionFolder, Id: {AAAAAAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAA} Unable to find replacement value. type='Principal', source item='SID', source value='S-1-5-21-1111111-1111111111-111111111-11111' FNRAM9004
