IBM Lift Analytics for Retail solution helps merchants and marketers understand direct and indirect incremental performance impact - the "lift" - from individual products or categories to improve assortment, placement, pricing and promotional decisions. The solution:
- Delivers insights at a product, product line and category levels
- Provides always available ‘on demand’ product affinity analytics- identifies products that are often sold together
- Provides both descriptive, predictive analytics and easily accessible business intelligence trend reporting
- Uses predictive and prescriptive analytics to understand the potential impact of merchandise program changes on sales revenue
- Delivers significant and deep pre-built capabilities that integrate analytics and data management capabilities designed to address specific retail merchandising and marketing imperatives.
- Unlike analytics that require IT to load many weeks or months of history, this solution can identify important affinities with only a couple weeks of data and our flexible commercial model requires you to only pay based on the data you are able to analyze
