Troubleshooting
Problem
Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) Application import is requesting user input during the import operation. This causes the import operation to fail. This can happen in any application which requests user input.
Symptom
You may see an error similar to the following in the systemout log:
| Example 1 - Changing the asset on a Work Order changes the service address: <ERRORMESSAGE>The following error occurred while processing WORKORDER. The object structure number is 1.BMXAT0317W - You have changed the service address on this WORKORDER. You are now changing the asset of this WORKORDER and this will change the service address on the WORKORDER to match the service address of the new asset. Click Yes to accept the new asset and service address of the asset. Click No to accept the new asset and retain the changes you made to the WORKORDER service address. Click Cancel to return to the WORKORDER without making any changes.</ERRORMESSAGE> Example 2 - Changing the asset on a WO updates a location: <ERRORMESSAGE>The following error occurred while processing WORKORDER.
