Problem
In IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI), the File System adapter (FSA) is not extracting the PrimaryDocument though PrimaryDocument exists in the process data. It fails with "PrimaryDocument is null" error.
The user implemented a business process (BP) similar to the below to retrieve the file from the SFTP server and write to a file system.
