Error description

• Instance name of a CATPart is not updated after
  extract save with replace by target option.
  .
  Scenario :
  1 - From VPMA / Part, create and save Part ROOT
  2 - From CATIA V5, file + new / Part
  3 - Exctract save it in VPMA / Document as Part1 /
  CATPart1.
  4 - Paste Part1 on Part ROOT
  5 - From PSN of ROOT, load CATPart1 in a new
  CV5 product.
  6 - Keep product active in CV5, and extract save it
  as BlackBox1 in VPMA / Document
  7 - Close all in V5.
  8 - From VPMA / Document, load the blackbox.
  9 - Activate Part1 in CATIA V5 and modify it
  10- Extract save it in VPMA / Document as Part2 /
  CATPart2 with replace by target option.
  .
  Result : Part number is updated from Part1 to
  Part2, but instance name remains Part1.1 instead if
  Part2.1

  5 RELEASE 17 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R16SP02 AND V5R15SP05.

  Correction Explanation :
  Need to activate PDM extension on all instances,
  before the creation of Black box.
