  USAGES DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY SOME
  USAGES REMAIN LOCKED
  Problem Description-
  there is function with the name 'Unlock reference
  and all of its instances'-I thought this function
  should unlock
  a reference and all instances of this reference in
  the whole database. But this function does not work
  correctly.There are locks of  instances remaining
  througout the database.To search for these locks
  and unlock
  them seperately would be a very time-consuming
  and confusing task.
  Scenario-
  1.lock part instance bbb.4 of PRC aaa2 with
  USER1   -- lock USAGE only
  2.lock Reference and All its Usages on instance
  bbb.1 of PRC aaa1 with USER2
  3. unlock Reference and All its Usages on instance
  bbb.2 of PRC aaa2 with USER2
  Problem/Actual result -locks remain on instances
  bbb.4 and bbb.5
  Expected Result-should unlock all the instances
  .

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON ENOVIA
  VERSION 5 RELEASE 17 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R16SP01,V5R15SP05,V5R14SP08 AND
  V5R13SP11.
  .
  Note - On the above mentioned levels,the usage of
  the fifth part,for the last step,does get unlocked.
  .
