• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 17 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R15SP05 AND V5R16SP02.
  Incident Diagnosis
  External References does not get created.
  Correction Explanation
  The problem is due to the way in which a particular
  path element is built. It is built in two different
  ways at two different places.
  Code has been added to get Build Path Element.
  Answer and By-Pass
  This problem has been corrected on V5R15 SP5,
  V5R16 SP2 and V5R17.
