Problem
ERROR=Password does not meet the restriction requirements.
Symptom
We have the following properties in ObjectServer props file:
RestrictPasswords: TRUE
PasswordFormat: '8:1:1:1'
With the password, we specify a password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least 1 alphabetic character, at least 1 numeric character, and at least 1 punctuation character.
When we try to change the user's password which contains the character '$' (dollar sign), for example, if we try to change the password to 'OOppqq$123' then there will be an error:
ERROR=Password does not meet the restriction requirements.
