  Support of "As Result" format is an enhancement
  request and the result will not give a sketch but
  directly a 3D wireframe datum like when
  copying "As result" a 3D wireframe feature.

  Answer and By-Pass:
  Please use "Paste Special"/"As result with link" +
  click MB3 on the created sketch and select "Isolate"
  to retrieve the same result as by using the "Filter a
  part" command (datum sketch).
