• When using license MO2, then option panel
  MEASURE TOOLS does  not appear in TOOLS /
  OPTIONS / GENERAL / PARAMETERS AND MEASURE
  Scenario:
  Start Catia V5R14SP04 with a MO2 licence.
  Go into Tools/Option/General/Parameter and
  Measure.
  The Tab Tools for Measure does not exist.
  It was present in Catia V5R13SP08 with a MO2
  Licence.
