Problem
You have SPSS Statistics 23 installed on Windows 8.1. When starting it, you receive Error # 9100. Command name: _DATASET NAME Unable to load the executable library associated with the current command.
Symptom
Error 9100 is encountered when opening Statistics 23. This issue is related to the spsswdst.dll library.
