  System Level is defined as Windows XP
  Professional SP2 only.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  For Microsoft Windows 64-bit, Supported Operating
  System Level should be defined as Windows XP
  Professional SP2 and SP3.

  EXPLANATION:
  Windows XP Professional x64 bit SP3 is not yet
  released. Program Directory for R19SP3 level
  incorrectly mentioned that Windows XP Professional
  x64 bit SP3 is a certified level. This has been
  corrected from Program Directory of R19SP4 level
  onwards. Also note that Windows XP Professional
  32 bit SP3 is a certified level.
