  SCENARIO1:
  1) Start CATIA.
  2) Open the provided CATPart.
  3) Notice the Geometrical Set is not expanded in
  the Specification tree.
  4) Hide and then unhide the XY plane.
  5) Expand the Geometrical Set in the the
  Specification tree.
  6) Save the CATPart.
  7) Open the saved CATPart again.
  .
  OBSERVATION:
  Notice that Geometrical Set is in expanded state in
  the Specification tree.
  .

  2) Open the provided CATPart.
  3) Notice the Geometrical Set is not expanded in

  Expanded status of

  RESTRICTION
  EXPLANATION:
  Expanding or Collapsing the specification tree
  should not force the part to be saved when closing the part.
  On the other hand, Hide or Show is considered as a
  modification in part and will force the part to be saved when
  closing the part.
  .
  Hence when user performs first the expand
  and collapse operation on specification tree, then the part is
  not modified. Thus the state of specification tree is not
  remembered. After this step if user performs hide and show
  operation then part is modified and only this operation is
  saved.
  .
  When user performs the hide and show operation first
  then the part is modified and a save is required. After this
  step if the specification tree is expanded or collapsed then
  its state is being considered while saving the part as the
  part is already modified. This is because expand or collapse
  modifies a model attribute only if the part is already
  modified. Hence the state of specification tree is kept while
  saving the part.
  .
  A correction on the expand or collapse
  algorithm to always save the status of the specification tree
  will corrupt the part leading to a permanent restriction of
  this behaviour. Also an unnecessary save will be required
  everytime the specification tree is collapsed or
  expanded.

  BY-PASS:
  To save the expand or collapse state of
  specification tree, perform some modification command on part
  (for example hide and show operation)
