Troubleshooting
Problem
User runs Controller client directly on a laptop. User leaves the laptop for a period of time (for example goes to lunch). On returning to the laptop, the power saving settings of Windows has caused the laptop to go to standby (sleep). User wakes the laptop. An error appears on the screen. After clicking OK (to acknowledge the error) the user tries to exit Controller. The user cannot exit Controller, because the client has hung/crashed. If they try to click File-Exit then the client just repeatedly errors or hangs. The only way to exit Controller is to launch Task Manager, and highlight the process 'CCR.EXE' and click 'End Task.
