This document provides info about the scenario where you are not able to see data in Trend or Historical Values in KPI Manager app, in Maximo
Even if the KPI graphs are working, you may experience the scenario where you are not getting any Historical Value or Trend Data displayed.

You can try using different date ranges and the Predefined Date Range values but nothing happens when the Refresh button is clicked, therefore, it prevents you from seeing user login and session history and trends.
If you go to KPI Manager app, select a record and go to Historical Trends tab you will see that no Trend or Historical Values are displayed
