Error description

• FTA/ Annotation's leader no more readable
  when "parallel to screen".
  .
  Scenario:
  1. Open the CATPart.
  2. Select the 3 annotations in the specification tree
  or in the 3D view
  3.Go to "Edit/Properties" in the contextual menu.
  4. Go to the  "Display" tab of the Properties.
  5. Enable "Parallel to Screen" option and Zoomable
  option On.
  6. Select Ok.
  7. The 3 annotations are now parallel to screen
  8. Move the model (rotate, zoom in /zoom out) :
  It's very difficult to localize the annotation to which
  the leader is attached.
  .
  RESULTS:
  When the "parallel to screen" option is activated, it
  is very
  difficult (impossible) to localize the annotation the
  leader is attached to.
  .
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The leader should be able to be localized to the
  annotation to which it is attached after Parallel to
  screen and Zoomable being enabled.

  The correction is through code correction.
  Now it is possible to localize the annotation leader
