THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA . INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS Cannot open document due to OSM data . RESTRICTION EXPLANATION Document is corrupted. OSM_D019 means that document has lost abstract data type definition and cannot be loaded. The current corrupted object is a CATTPSText located in CATPrtCont container of document. Document has been saved on V5R16SP5HF11. Document is lost and cannot be repaired. This kind of corruptions do not happen from V5R17 onwards. .
