Troubleshooting
Problem
After completing the initial installation of Case Foundation Case Analyzer, the following error is displayed in a window when starting Case Analyzer: You do not have permission to use the bulk load statement.
Symptom
When you click the "Detail" button in the error window, the following stack trace is displayed.

This error is caused because the database user does not have the proper
permissions to the temp directory where the Case Analyzer stores temporary files.
