Problem

I am getting the following error after installing MC 10.2.x java.lang.RuntimeException: Application "com.datamirror.ts.client.DmClientApplication" could not be found in the registry. I previously had MC 6.5.2 installed and running without error.

Symptom

java.lang.RuntimeException: Application "com.datamirror.ts.client.DmClientApplication" could not be found in the registry. The applications available are: org.eclipse.ant.core.antRunner, org.eclipse.equinox.app.error, org.eclipse.help.base.infocenterApplication, org.eclipse.help.base.helpApplication, org.eclipse.help.base.indexTool, org.eclipse.update.core.standaloneUpdate, org.eclipse.update.core.siteOptimizer.
