Error description

  • PROBLEM: CATIA Icons gray out
    .
    SCENARIO:
    .
    01. Start CATIA. Close all the documents, if there
    are any open documents.
    02. Go to Tools -> Macro -> Macros.
    03. Select VBA project ?Pyramid.catvba?.
    04. Execute "CreatePad" macro
    Input  Cnt1 as 6
    Cnt2 as 15
    Step as 3
    (Please see Macro specification)
    Click ON "RUn" button to run the macro.
    This setting means 3 steps pyramid shape will
    created and projected to drawing 15 times.
    Then this 15 times process will be repeated for 6
    times.
    .
    05. Close data on CATIA.
    .
    ACTUAL RESULT:
    All the Icons are gray out. This needs CATIA
    restart.
    .
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    CATIA should work normally
    .

    THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON CATIA
    VERSION 5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
    AND ON V5R19SP05

    This "KB 319740" should be installed on your
    machine. Then the problem does not occur.
