HD83924: THE FUNCTION OF ENHANCED SCENE CANNOT BE USED

Error description

• The function of Enhanced Scene cannot be used
  .
  Scenario:
  1. Start CATIA V5R18 with HD2 and DMN licenses.
  2. Change the Workbench to Assembly Design.
  3. Select Enhanced Scene icon then create the
  Scene.
  4. Click MB3 button on Scene then select Scene
  object.
  Result A:  "Set User Defines Attributes" option is
  displayed contextual menu.
  5. Start CATIA V5R18SP8 with HD2 licenses.
  6. Change the Workbench to Assembly Design.
  7. Select Enhanced Scene icon then create the
  Scene.
  8. Click MB3 button on Scene then select Scene
  object.
  Result B: "Set User Defines Attributes" option is
  NOT displayed in contextual menu.

  Expected Result:
  The function of Enhanced Scene, "Set User Defines
  Attributes" option must be available in contextual
  menu with HD2 license too
