Error description

  • No object name in the Incident Report window
    .
    Scenario:
    1- Start VPM
    2- Select Object - Model
    3- Select Create & Save
    4- Create a new V4 model (by using CATIA as
    source if you have open Catia V4 and design a
    model)
    5- Create an assembly including the newly created
    V4 model
    6- Rename or delete the longfield of this document
    7- From VPM open the previously saved model in
    CV5
    Result: An error report should tell you that you
    have no right to open this model, but the object
    field is empty.

    No object name in the Incident Report window for

    Correction Explanation
    In CATVPMDocDesc::GetDocType() there was no
    call for QueryOnTable in case of model.
    QueryOnTable called in GetDocType to resolve the
    issue.
