Error description

  • SCENARIO:
    1) Start CATIA V5R18GA 32bit or 64bit. This is key
    point.
    2) Open the file: A.CATProduct. Check that
    A.CATProduct Open in 70 sec. This behavior is right.
    3) Start CATIA V5R18SP5Hotfix30 32bit or
    64bit.This is key point.
    4) Open the file : A.CATProduct. Even if
    A.CATProduct passes 30 minutes or more, it does
    not open. This is Problem.

    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Data should be open in same time (70 seconds) as
    an CATIA R18GA level, without being related to the
    environment of 32 bits of CATIA, or 64 bits.

    THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON CATIA
    VERSION 5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
    NOTE : THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON
    CATIA V5R19SP04 LEVEL.

    Incident Diagnosis:
    CATProduct passes 30 minutes or more, it does
    not open. This is Problem.
    .
    Reason:
    Problem is reproducible on R18SP05 level.
    However problem is not reproducing on above
    mentioned levels. The data is opened correctly
    wihtout taking too much time.
