Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Launch 3DCom
  2) In search function, open a new assembly in the PSN and
     expand it
  3) Click on the viewer button on the PSN toolbar
  4) Select a part in the viewer
  Result:
  User cannot open a selected part in CATIA from viewer (CSB)
  Expected result:
  Opening part in CATIA function is needed by adding a new button
  in the CSB. User should be able to open a selected part in CATIA
  from CSB.
