Problem
After upgrading to 10.2.2, HAL error was returned when clicking on report properties from report studio. Detail of the error message: HAL ERROR: The web request failed. 404 - Not Found URL: dialogs/_SJ5.xml The requested URL /ibmcognos/pat/dialogs/_SJ5.xml was not found on this server.
Symptom
The 'New from Template' option in the dialog is also missing after opening report studios.
