Watson Contact Analytics (WCA) fails to start after issuing the start command

Troubleshooting


Problem

When I issued the "esadmin system startall" command to start the WCA servers, the start process hangs for an extended period of time. The "esadmin check" command would take long as well, and showed initialization errors. Node 1 start-up will not complete.

Symptom

The esadmin check output showed a blank under the Status column for some sessions and others showed initialization errors.
