Error description

  • SmarTeam viewer not displaying .CATPart.cgr file
    Problem Summary:
    Getting the following error when selecting the View
    tab in Editor (for a CATPart file):  Error while
    loading : TEST.CATPart.cgr . A new .CATPart is
    created (locally) and a SmarTeam Save is
    performed. Then the profile card is displayed and
    the Viewer tab is selected; then the error is
    displayed. The same error is displayed once
    the .CATPart is checked into a vault and the Viewer
    tab is selected. This was working properly in
    SmarTeam V5R17.
