Problem
The first message in the SMP/E sysout is GIM54601E ** DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED FOR SMP00009 BECAUSE SDFHLOAD IS PART OF THE SMP00009 CONCATENATION BUT WAS NOT ALLOCATED. GIM69149E ** CALLLIBS COULD NOT BE ALLOCATED FOR LMOD EVEPYINI IN ZONE ESN1
Resolving The Problem
Once the customer resolved the CALLLIB issue with SDFHLOAD, then the SMP/E apply indicated that there were space issues on several of their datasets. Once they resolved the space issues, the APPLY was successful.
