Troubleshooting
Problem
After you create a backup file, copy it into the Cognos Express Backup folder of a new installation, and run a Restore operation in Express Manager, the restore fails.
Symptom
One or more of the following messages may appear in the cogserver.log file:
RSV-CM-0007 An error occurred while trying to add run history detail information.
CM-SYS-5043 Content Manager failed to create an object. Smart-large-object error.
SQLCODE=-9810, SQLSTATE=IX000, DRIVER=3.53.100 Cause: Smart Large Objects: Sbspace is full.
