Question & Answer
Question
In a TEMA log (eg, Windows OS Agent log), the following line is present. (4EC501D7.0218-5:khdxcnfg.cpp,2184,"locateConfigRecord") Configuration cache initialization error, status 66! What does this mean ?
Answer
Resolving the issue. If you absolutely must have the data from the binary files, you'll need to: .
a) stop the affected agent or TEMS
b) Use "itmcmd history" (UNIX/Linux system) or krarloff (Windows system) to roll-off the data from all affected binary files into delimited flat files that you can then import into the database manually
c) remove the khdexp.cfg file and all binary files from the agent or TEMS
(So you will want to backup/move/delete khdexp.cfg and binary files from <ITM_install_dir>/ux/hist.)
d) restart the agent and ensure that after a few hours no new like errors are seen in the agent or TEMS's RAS1 logs.
If you don't need to retain the data in the binary files, skip step b) above and just do a), c) and d)
Test the above, and confirm if this resolves the issue.
NOTE: These steps also apply for the "Status 3" error code.
