No document is assaociated to the current
command

Bypass:
In the ... / resources / msgcatalog / Japanese
folder
rename

.
In the ... / online / Japanese folder
rename
CATIAfr_C2 to xatfr_C2
.
Note: The problem exists for all supported
languages other than english.

FR (french), DE (german), ZH (simplified chinese), JP
(japanese), IT (italian), RU (russian)
in addition to the "original" EN (english) documentation for
the following levels:
CATIA V5R20 and CATIA V5R21
