  • SCENARIO:
    1) Start CATIA.
    2) Open the provided "*04789.CATPart".
    3) Select the "View / Tree Expansion / Expand All
    Levels". Tree is expanded.
    4) Select the "View / Tree Expansion / Collapse
    All". Tree is collapsed.
    5) Expand tree by clicking the PartBody.

    OBSERVATION:
    The results differ on R17 and R18
    .

Problem conclusion

  • THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
    5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
    NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
    ON V5R19SP04.

    INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
    The results of the collapse all command differ on
    R17 and R18.
    .
    CORRECTION EXPLANATION:
    The expansion of levels was not performed
    correctly because the depth of specification tree
    was not restored correctly after performing
    the "collapse all" operation. The algorithm is
    modifed so that the behaviour as soon on R17 level
    can be seen.
    .
    ANSWER AND BYPASS:
    Expand by clicking on the plus sign in the
    specification tree.
    .
