Troubleshooting


Problem

Create a Flex view and save the excel file. log out of IBM Cognos and close excel Open Excel Log into IBM Cognos Open the saved file

Symptom

Following message is displayed: "Excel found unreadable content in '****.xlsx'.
Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook ?
If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes."
Clicking on "No" closes the workbook.
Clicking on "Yes" opens the workbook with the following message: "
Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content"
