Problem
Upgrade Maximo 6.2 to 7.1 can fail in ConfigDB with error: alter table MAXIFACEIN modify intobjectname varchar2 (20) not null ; java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02296: cannot enable (MAXIMO.) - null values found
Symptom
On Maximo 6.2 column MaxIFaceIn.IntObjectName can be null. In Maximo 7.1 column MaxIFaceIn.IntObjectName is required; that is, value are required and the column cannot be null. The 6.2 to 7.1 upgrade alters the column definition to be required. If any instances of the column are null, the column cannot be altered and the upgrade fails.
