  Same error is found if the Breakout View is created
  from the Front View.

  EXPLANATION:
  .
  Drafting failure due to incorrect geometry in input
  model.
  .
  RESTRICTION EXPLANATION:
  Drafting fails due to a failure in boolean operation.
  Boolean fails due to incorrect input body. The data
  are not provided with the historic of construction
  (but only datum geometry). The problem is may be
  corrected on the current level of code after
  upgrading feature fillet.
  By-Pass
  CATPart and CATDrawing attached.
  Remove the fillet surface that is incorrect by a fill
  surface.
  The Drawings can now be performed successfully.
