Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Start CATIA R19GA under AIX  using the
     following command:
     /usr/DassaultSystemes/BXX/aix_a64/code/
     command/catstart
     -run CNEXT
     -direnv /usr/DassaultSystemes/CATEnv
     -env V5ENV_STD
  2) Tools / Options / General /  Licensing
  3) Activate SMD license and restart CATIA
  4) File / Open arb855.CATPart
  -> The following error message appaers in the
     launch window:
     Cannot open library libCATSheetMetalDbg.a
  .
