  Reaction.2 and Reaction.3 are defined the following
  knowledge actions.

  SCENARIO:
  1)Start CATIA V5R17SP08.
  2)Open the file : "Part.CATPart".
  (Workbench : "GSD" )
  3)Edit the Boolean Parameter.
  3-1)Double Click "Boolean.1" in the tree="Edit
  Parameter" dialog box is displayed.
  3-2)Change the value: true="Reaction.3" dialog
  box is displayed.
  3-3) Click "OK" button in message dialog
  box=Parameter can be changed without Error.

  3-4) Change the value: false="Reaction.3" dialog
  box is displayed.

• Incident Diagnosis:
  REACTION ERROR OF KNOWLEDGE IS DISPLAYED
  IF THE PARAMETER IS CHANGED.
  .
  Correct Application:
  As a design specification, the "Update Method"
  performs the update of a feature when necessary.
  Its scope is limted to relations sets, parameters
  sets, parameters, rule bases, constraints
  satisfactions,
  optimizations, and Knowledge pattern features. It
  has no impacts on the other objects.
  Kindly refer Doc reference given at the end of this
  explanation.
  Considering this defination, "Update Method" not
  applies to object line from given scenario.
  This behavior is similar on regression (R17SP08)
  and on reported (R18SP05) level.
  Hence from function point of view, it should not be
  considered as regression.
  .
  On R17SP08 level also , the line object was not
  updating, even it defined in reaction.
  In order to bring this point in users notice, we have
  added check on R18 level.
  Now the error message user getting on R18SP05
  level is nothing but such message.
