    MOVE THE ELEMENT ONLY BY 5 DEGREES STEP AT
    SNAP MODE
    SCENARIO:
    1. Start CATIA V5.
    2. Create a new Drawing.
    3. Set Snap to Point off.
    4. Click on New View command.
    5. Create a Circle in the new view.
    6. Click on Rotation command, select the Circle,
    the origin point
    and the Circle centre, and confirm that Snap Mode
    in the Rotation command dialog is set ON.
    7. Rotation command can move the circle element
    by 5 degrees step at Snap Mode. To change the
    default step value, right-click the Value combo and
    choose a predefined step value or define a new
    one.

    drafting >> User Tasks >>
    Rotating Elements.
    .
    You can enable the Snap mode option in the dialog
    box to increment rotation angle value by steps.
    Note: To change the step value, right-click the
    value field and select Change step > xxx mm. For
    more information about parameter management
    which is common to all parameters used in CATIA
    products, see CATIA Infrastructure User's Guide:
    Using Knowledgeware Capabilities: Parameters.
