  - Work with the cache system: ON
  Tools / Options / Infrastructure / 3D Annotations
  Infrastructure
  - Under View/Annotation Plane nodes: ON
  1- File / Open the CATproduct file
  2- Change the Workbench to Weld Design.
  3- Click the Weld feature icon in Annotations
  4- Click a suitable place on surface.
  Result :
  Abend occurs.
  Expected Result:
  No CATIA Abend, then can perform the selected
  command.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R18SP06 AND ON V5R19SP01 .
  Incident Diagnosis :
  When the buildrep method on an annotation cause
  the build rep of imself and its parent.
  The result is a corruption of the FTA visu model
  which may lead to a CD.
  Correction Explanation :
  We now avoid to dispatch a modifyvisu event, when
  getting the workmodstatus of a annotation.
  This will only be mande when the workmode status
  change.
