  SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA .
  2. Open the CATProduct.
  A line with an annotation View appears.
  3. Enter "Product Functional Tolerancing
  Annotation" work bench.
  4-1. Click "Text with Leader" the command icon.
  4-2. Expand "Geometry" node
  under "Part1/PartBody/ Ordered Geometrical
  Set.1/Sketch.1 / " in the tree.
  4-3. Click "Line.1" of "Geometry" in the tree.
  >> It's a key. (Don't click Line.1 by geometry
  area)
  .
  RESULTS OBTAINED:
  You see that the "Annotation Plane Creation" panel
  appears.
  .
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The "Text with Leader" should be created even in
  Product context.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION
  5R20 GA LEVEL.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R19SP01 AND ON V5R18SP06
  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  PFTA/ IMPOSSIBLE TO CREATE AN ANNOTATION
  FOR SKETCH IN PRODUCT CONTEXT.

  EXPLANATION:
  .
  There is always a problem when a sketch is selected or its
  geometrical elements (circle, line, point etc) are selected
  from
  feature tree.
  when the sketch elements are selected from 3D then the
  elements taht are selected is "the geometrical elements of the
  sketch".
  The annotation can have its association with the sketch
  topological objects (Edge, Vertex) but not with the sketch
  geometrical element. This is a restriction.
  .
  Hence the selection from the feature tree which
  results in the incorrect annotations is restricted with this
  Correction.
  It wont be allowed to create an annotation using the sketch
  geometrical elements from the Specification tree. The
  selection
  should be "the sketch element from 3D Visualization.
  .
  The behavior is same for part, product and process in  FTA
  context.
  .
