Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller client. User chooses the database. The logon prompt appears. User enters their username and password - they try to login. However, the Controller client simply repeats showing the login screen.
Symptom
After entering the username and password (into the logon box) the Controller client repeats the request to enter the user/password credentials.
The problem may appear to only affect some users.
