    Restriction Explanation:
    As specified in Sketcher's documentation:
    Lines normal to a curve are created as close as
    possible to where you clicked on the curve. You will
    get better results if, before clicking the curve, you
    try to position the line as perpendicular to the
    curve as possible.

    As explained, point which is relevant for the line
    creation is the one indicated on the second curve.
    First point will always slide along its curve so that
    the line becomes normal to the second curve.
