  Scenario:
  1-1. Launch CATIA
  1-2. Open CATPart
  1-3. Open New CATPart with File/New
  2-1. Window/Tile Horizontal
  2-2. Activate Part2 window (opened by Step.1-3)
  2-3. Click "Insert/Instantiate From Selection"
  2-4. Click "PowerCopy.1" in the CATPart opened in
  step 1-2
  3-1. "Insert Object" dialog box appears after few
  minutes
  - Click Cancel
  3-2. Activate Part2 window (opened by Step.1-3)
  3-3. Click "Insert/Instantiate From Selection"
  3-4. During CATIA is searching click on the window
  of Part2
  Result: The Instantiate dialog box does not appear

  5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED
  ON V5R19SP01 AND ON V5R18SP06
