Problem
If you create a new snapshot view during a deliver or a rebase operation in IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer, the operation fails with a checkout error if a merge is involved.
Symptom
Attempts to deliver/rebase to a new snapshot view created as part of the operation results in the following error:
